Our residential projects include everything from apartments to condominiums, house trailers to Broadripple "Bungalows" in Indianapolis to lakefront homes on Geist Reservoir and Southern Indiana estates . . . nothing's too small, or too big, . . . or too far away. 

Our landscape design service for home owners includes everything from phone consultations to quick on-site drafts of your highest priority areas to complete master plans.  Our goal is to work with you towards a creative, cost-effective landscape attuned to your needs.

To help us understand your needs, we provide a needs analysis questionnaire that we ask our residential clients to fill out before anyone from Living Landscapes steps foot on your property. With the questionnaire in hand, you, your spouse and family can have a great time together as you talk about how you would like to use the outdoor space around your home.  

Your responses to our questionnaire gives us a good starting point so when we get together for our first on-site consultation we can zero in on your high priority needs and get right to work on the initial sketches. 

During the design process we offer ideas and suggestions for you to consider to enhance your landscape.  For a sampling of ideas, see Design Considerations for Residential Projects.

For some clients the initial sketches and discussion is all they need to proceed on their own and begin the installation process.  Most, however, want more detailed landscape designs, than the preliminary sketches, so we provide them with on-site drafts, to scale, of their highest priority areas.  For those of you who want a complete design, a master plan is created from which you can install the whole project at one time, or in phases as resources become available.
